Nearby parking available at:
- Baynard House Car Park (133 Queen Victoria St, EC4V 4BQ): The most convenient option, often cited by the hotel. It is a 24/7 facility with a 1.85 m height restriction. Rates are roughly £4.50/hour.
- London Vintry Thames Exchange (Bell Wharf Lane, EC4R 3TB): A larger NCP car park about a 5-10 minute walk away.
- London Wall Car Park (23 London Wall, EC2V 5DY): Located slightly further north but still within reasonable walking distance.
- Congestion Charge: The hotel is within the London Congestion Charge zone.
Pre-booking: It is highly recommended to check Parkopedia or use apps like JustPark for pre-booking.

Timings
- Registration opens: 08:30
- Conference starts: 09:15
- Conference close: 16:45
- Networking drinks: until 18:00
Arrival & Registration
- Registration will be between 8:30 – 9:15 am
- Name badges / lanyards will be provided on arrival (please provide valid ID for security purposes) - These will need to be worn at all times

Please note that photography and filming may take place during the event.
Ticket Policy
All tickets are non-refundable, unless in the event of full conference cancellation.
If you are no longer able to attend, tickets may be reallocated to another attendee. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.
