How is this conference different from other DEI events?

The ERG Blueprint Conference is one of the few events entirely dedicated to ERGs.
It goes beyond inspiration offering:

Evidence-based methods
Governance and strategy frameworks
Honest conversations about challenges
Tools to move from volunteer passion to organisational influence
A cross-sector community of ERG leaders

This is not a general inclusion conference; it is a specialist learning space for people shaping cultural change from within.

Do I need prior ERG knowledge to attend?

What makes this conference different from internal ERG training?

The ERG Blueprint Conference brings together cross-industry perspectives, expert speakers, lived experience, and proven frameworks from organisations of all sizes. Internal ERG training is often limited by existing culture, capacity, or resources; this conference offers a fresh, external viewpoint backed by evidence, case studies, and specialist insight. You gain access to methods, tools, and perspectives that you simply cannot get within one organisation.

What level of experience do I need? Will there be sessions for both beginners and advanced ERG leaders?

Yes, the conference is designed for all levels. Sessions, workshops, and discussions will clearly cater to:

Those launching or building their first ERG
Established Chairs and committee members refining structure, influence, and governance
Executive sponsors and HR/DEI teams driving strategic support

No prior experience is required. Attendees can choose sessions that match their experience and their network’s maturity.

Are there opportunities for organisations to partner, sponsor, or exhibit?

Can I claim this as professional development or training?

How can I convince my organisation to fund my ticket?

We know that securing budget can be challenging, so we can provide a short business case template outlining:

How ERGs contribute to culture, retention, and performance
How the conference supports leadership development
How organisations benefit directly from ERG capability building

Most attendees find that positioning this as professional development or DEI capability investment leads to successful approval.

What accessibility provisions will be in place?

Will slides or session materials be provided afterwards?

Can I attend remotely or watch the sessions online?

Is there a dress code?

Will there be time to ask speakers questions?

Will food and refreshments be provided?

Do you offer group or discounted rates for multiple attendees from the same organisation?

Will the event include real examples and case studies from ERGs?

Can I attend if my organisation doesn’t have formal ERGs yet?

What if my ERG struggles with engagement or low visibility? Will this help?

Will I be able to share what I learn with others in my organisation?
