iCAN is the UK's leading independent network dedicated to supporting ERGs and advancing multicultural inclusion across industries.
Established in 2017, iCAN began within the insurance sector and has since grown into a trusted partner for over 50 corporate sponsors and a community of more than 11,000 members across London, Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol and New York.
We equip ERG leaders and their organisations with the resources, training and peer support they need to scale their networks sustainably. Our work spans recruitment support, mentoring platforms, DEI consultancy, thought leadership and event delivery - all rooted in lived experience and community insight.
