We’re creating a first-of-its-kind printed publication, The 100 ERGs Shaping the Future, to celebrate employee resource groups (ERGs) and networks that are leading real change. This isn’t just about numbers or visibility – it’s about purpose, impact, and the people behind the work.

Whether you're part of a network or want to spotlight one you admire, we want to hear from you.

What is The 100 ERGs Shaping the Future?

This landmark printed book, launching at the ERG Blueprint Conference on Tuesday 28th April 2026, will feature 100 outstanding ERGs from across sectors.

We’re looking to showcase networks that are:

  • Driving meaningful inclusion
  • Building community and advocacy
  • Educating their organisations
  • Influencing policies and culture
  • Supporting colleagues through safe spaces, storytelling, and celebration

From race and culture networks to LGBTQ+, disability, neurodiversity, carers, parents, social mobility and faith-based ERGs – this publication will amplify a wide range of lived experiences and approaches to workplace inclusion.

We’re looking for networks that are shaping the future of inclusion. If you’re part of one, or you know one doing great work, we’d love to hear from you.

Why Nominate?

If you’re part of an ERG, you know how much passion and effort goes into making change. If you’ve worked alongside a network doing impactful work, you’ve seen how much of a difference they can make.

This publication will:

  • Recognise employee-led changemakers
  • Share ideas and best practices across sectors
  • Inspire others to start or strengthen their own networks
  • Highlight the value of ERGs to business leaders and HR teams

The final printed book will be distributed at the ERG Blueprint Conference and shared with organisations across the UK to serve as a resource and reference point for inclusion strategy.

Who Can Nominate?

Anyone.

You can nominate:

  • A network you’re involved in or help lead
  • A peer network you admire
  • A collaborative ERG you’ve worked with or supported

Nominations are open to ERGs from all sectors and of any size. We’re aiming for a wide representation of voices, industries and themes.

A Note on Multiple Nominations

Organisations are welcome to submit more than one network. However, due to space limitations in the final publication, we cannot guarantee that all submitted networks from the same organisation will be featured.

A fair and representative selection process will ensure the final 100 reflects diversity across industries, network focus, and approach.
