Culture & Sustainability Manager
Howlett Brown
Anton Streeks-Henry is a Culture & Sustainability Manager at Howlett Brown, bringing over 15 years of experience spanning talent strategy, organisational culture, inclusion, and leadership development across professional services, financial services, education, and the creative industries.
Anton’s career has been defined by designing and delivering people-centred strategies that strengthen culture, improve inclusion, and build sustainable talent pipelines. He has led large-scale early careers, inclusion, and talent development initiatives, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to align workforce capability, retention, and engagement with long-term business goals. His work included developing inclusive hiring frameworks, delivering cultural and behavioural capability programmes, and supporting enterprise-wide change and redeployment initiatives with empathy and commercial rigour.
Anton has also worked as a Talent & Inclusion Consultant, where he advised leaders through periods of organisational transformation. He has experience in designing culture and performance frameworks, delivered leadership and DEEI programmes, and coaching senior stakeholders to navigate change while maintaining ethical, sustainable, and people-first practices.
Anton works closely with clients to design and deliver integrated culture, sustainability, and DEEI strategies, conduct cultural and behavioural assessments, build ERG capability, and develop leaders equipped to navigate complexity, global workforce dynamics, and emerging people risk. He brings a blend of strategic insight, cultural fluency, and facilitative leadership to help organisations create workplaces where integrity, inclusion, one team activation, and long-term sustainability can thrive.
Anton’s foundation as a qualified teacher and senior education leader continues to shape his approach to culture change and capability building. As an Inclusion Lead and member of senior leadership teams, he delivered trust-wide inclusion strategies, cultural development programmes, and learning frameworks that supported behavioural change, psychological safety, and leadership effectiveness at scale. Earlier in his career, he founded and scaled a global creative and talent agency, working with organisations to develop high-potential talent and deliver cultural transformation and leadership coaching.
