Bal Mahil

Bal Mahil is Head of Global Client Transformation at AXA XL, where she co-founded and co-chaired RISE - the organisation’s first multicultural network.

Through the network’s influence, AXA XL published its first Ethnicity Pay Gap Report in 2021, marking a significant step forward in its DEI journey.

Bal is also a member of the iCAN Steering Committee, where she leads the iCAN Connect ERG initiative. She has been recognised in the Empower Top 100 Ethnic Minority Executive Role Model list and Insurance Business UK’s Elite Women list.
