Lee Harding

Lee has extensive experience that spans all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, including sophisticated, high stakes litigation in the Employment Tribunals and in the High Court. He helps clients anticipate, navigate and respond to their most important people challenges.

Lee is passionate about equality and diversity issues in particular, frequently helping clients overcome their most thorny issues including on equal pay and pay transparency issues, managing highly sensitive and labour-intensive workplace investigations, and where there are overlapping connected processes, managing pressure from other external stakeholders such as the media, Police and the Equality and Human Rights Commission.
